Lead time will depend on order volume/customization, but your purchase will reserve a machine and we will do our best to keep our current lead times (indicated on product listing) from date of purchase.

CR-10S 500 3D Printers are tested here, at our Houston, TX facility and shipping is free (mainland USA orders only) .

When machines are in stock, estimated lead time is 2-4 weeks (depending on upgrades). All machines ship Fedex Ground / Home Delivery. If you have another preference, contact us directly.

Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.

Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.

To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
